The Balances page provides a comprehensive view of your funds across wallet, trading, and matching balances.

Balance Types

Limora uses three distinct balance categories:

Wallet Balance

Tokens in your connected wallet, not yet deposited to Limora.

Trading Balance

Funds deposited for opening leveraged trades.

Matching Balance

Funds deposited for matching/lending to traders.

Managing Trading Balance

Depositing to Trade

Move funds from wallet to trading balance:

Select Token

Click on the token you want to deposit (e.g., USDC)

Choose Action

Select “Deposit to Trading”

Enter Amount

Input the amount to deposit

Confirm

Approve the transaction in your wallet

Withdrawing from Trade

Move funds back to your wallet:

Select Token

Click on the token row

Choose Action

Select “Withdraw from Trading”

Enter Amount

Input the amount (up to your available trading balance)

Confirm

Approve the transaction in your wallet

Managing Matching Balance

Depositing to Match

Move funds to your matching pool:
  1. Navigate to the Match page
  2. Enter the deposit amount
  3. Approve and confirm the transaction

Withdrawing from Match

Withdraw available (unmatched) funds:
  1. Navigate to the Match page
  2. Enter the withdrawal amount
  3. Confirm the transaction

Balance States

Available vs. In Use

Available Balance: Funds you can use immediately
  • Open new trades (trading balance)
  • Match new trades (matching balance)
  • Withdraw to wallet
In Use: Funds locked in active positions
  • Trading: Collateral in open positions
  • Matching: Funds matched with active trades
  • Cannot be withdrawn until positions close

From the Balances page, you can:

Batch Operations

For multiple tokens or large amounts:
  • Each deposit/withdraw requires a separate transaction
  • Consider gas costs when making multiple small transactions
  • Batch similar operations when possible

Understanding USD Values

Price Sources

Token values are displayed in USD using:
  • Real-time oracle prices for crypto
  • Stablecoins assumed at $1.00

Unrealized P&L

Your balances include unrealized P&L from:
  • Active trades (Trading Balance section)
  • Active matches (Matching Balance section)
Displayed values update in real-time but actual balance changes only occur when positions are closed.

Security Considerations

  • Wallet Balance: Fully in your control - Trading Balance: Held in Limora smart contracts - Matching Balance: Held in Limora smart contracts Smart contract funds are non-custodial—you can withdraw available balances at any time.
Depositing requires token approval. Review and manage approvals at Revoke.cash.
Always verify balances shown match your wallet and on-chain data. Discrepancies may indicate UI issues.

Troubleshooting

  • Wait for transaction confirmation - Refresh the page - Check transaction status on Basescan
  • Some funds may be locked in active positions - Check “In Use” column for locked amounts - Wait for positions to close
  • Ensure you’re on Base network - Token may need to be imported to wallet - Refresh the page
  • Compare with wallet and Basescan - Clear browser cache - Try a different browser
